Return and Refund Policy

Preamble

Print2Create is a made-to-order 3D printing marketplace. Each item is custom-made only after your order is confirmed. Products are not stock items: they are printed specifically for you by a partner artisan printer. This specificity implies return and refund conditions that differ from those of a traditional store.

1. Custom-made products — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Every order placed on Print2Create is manufactured on demand (choice of model, colour, material, options) and falls into this category. The right of withdrawal is therefore excluded.

2. Defective or non-conforming product

If the product received has a manufacturing defect or does not match your order (wrong model, wrong colour, incorrect dimensions, visible print defect), you can report the issue within 14 days of receipt. To file a claim: • Contact us via the order messaging system or at contact@print2create.com • Attach photos of the received product showing the defect • Include your order number After verification, we will proceed as appropriate: • A reprint and re-shipment at our expense • A full refund (product + shipping)

3. Product return

If a physical return of the product is required (requested by our team for verification), return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The product must be returned in its received condition within 14 days of the return agreement. The return address will be provided by our customer service. If the defect is confirmed after receipt and examination of the returned product, return shipping costs will be refunded in addition to the product.

4. Cancellation before manufacturing

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been claimed by a printer. In this case, no amount is charged (the bank pre-authorisation is released automatically). Once manufacturing has started by the printer, cancellation is no longer possible except by agreement of the printer or decision of an administrator.

5. Refund terms

Refunds are processed via the payment method used for the order (credit card via Stripe). The refund period is 5 to 10 business days after the request is validated. Refunds are granted only in the following cases: • Product with a proven manufacturing defect • Product not conforming to the order • Order cancelled before being claimed by a printer • Non-delivery of the product within a reasonable time

6. Cases excluded from refund

No refund will be granted in the following cases: • Change of mind after receipt of a conforming product • Misuse or damage to the product by the customer • Slight colour or texture variations inherent to 3D printing • Order placed with incorrect specifications by the customer
