Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Print2Create platform, accessible at print2create.com. Print2Create is a marketplace connecting customers seeking 3D printed parts, 3D model creators, and artisan printers.

"Platform": the Print2Create website and all associated services. "User": any person accessing the Platform. "Customer" / "Buyer": User placing a 3D printing order. "Printer": User offering 3D printing services. "Creator" / "Modeler": User making their 3D models available. "Order": a printing request validated and paid for by the Customer.

Registration is free and open to any person of legal age. Each User agrees to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials. An account may have one or more roles (buyer, printer, creator). Printers must be approved by administration before accepting orders.

Print2Create offers: • A catalog of ready-to-print 3D models • An on-demand printing service • A customer-printer matching system • A creator space to list and monetize 3D models The Platform acts as an intermediary and does not directly manufacture products.

Payment is secured via Stripe. When ordering, the amount is authorized (pre-authorization) but is only charged when a printer accepts the order. If no printer accepts within 7 days, the pre-authorization is automatically released. The displayed price includes: printing cost, creator royalties, buyer protection fees, and platform commission. Shipping costs are calculated separately.

The buyer can cancel their order as long as it has not been taken on by a printer. Once manufacturing has begun, only the printer or an administrator can initiate a cancellation. In case of cancellation before charge, no amount is debited. In case of cancellation after charge, a full refund is issued within 5 to 10 business days.

Creators retain all intellectual property rights to the 3D models they upload. By publishing on the Platform, the creator grants a non-exclusive license allowing manufacturing and sale via Print2Create. It is prohibited to download, copy, or redistribute 3D models outside the Platform.

Print2Create acts as a technical intermediary. The Platform cannot be held responsible for: • The quality of prints made by printers • Delivery delays • The use made of printed objects In case of dispute, Print2Create commits to acting as a mediator between the parties.

The processing of personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy. Print2Create is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Print2Create reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial modification. Continued use of the Platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of French courts.
